People should do their best to take care of their own health and follow the advice given for a healthy life. In simple cases, people should take care of themselves.

Social Security Status
Patient; must report changes in their health, social security and personal information in a timely manner. Patient; He/she must have his/her health certificate (such as Bag-Kur, Green Card) issued on time.

Informing Healthcare Professionals
Patient; He/she must provide full and complete information about his/her complaints, previous illnesses, whether he/she has received any inpatient treatment, the medications he/she is currently using, if any, and information about his/her health.

Complying with Hospital Rules
Patient; Must comply with the rules and practices of the health institution to which he/she applies. The patient must comply with the referral chain determined by the Ministry of Health, Social Security Institution or insurance company. The patient; It is expected to cooperate with healthcare professionals throughout the treatment, care and rehabilitation process. Patient; If he/she uses a health facility that provides service by appointment, he/she must comply with the date and time of the appointment and notify the relevant office of the changes. Patient; Must respect the rights of hospital staff, other patients and visitors. Patient; is responsible for covering any damage caused to hospital supplies.

Complying with Recommendations Regarding Treatment
Patient; He/she should listen carefully to the recommendations regarding treatment and medications and ask questions about the areas he/she does not understand. The patient; If there is a situation where the patient cannot comply with the recommendations regarding his treatment, he should report this to the healthcare professional. The patient must indicate whether he/she understood the health care and post-discharge care plan correctly as expected. Patient; He/she is responsible for the consequences that may arise from refusing the treatment or not complying with the recommendations.

Right to Choose and Change its Organization and Personnel:
To select and change the health institution, doctors and personnel to serve, to learn the identities, duties and titles of the personnel in question,

To receive all kinds of health services in a confidential environment

Right to Refuse, Stop and Consent Planned Treatment:
To refuse treatment, to request that it be stopped, to obtain consent for medical interventions and to benefit from services within the framework of consent,

To request to have a companion within the limits of the legislation and the possibilities of health institutions and organizations and if the physician deems it appropriate,

In case of violation of rights, to exercise all kinds of application, complaint and lawsuit rights within the framework of the legislation,

He/she has the right to benefit from health services as long as necessary.
